Below are key resources for all partners working to address HLP issues in humanitarian crises. The ‘HLP Coordination Toolkit’ comprises of a set of key tools for coordination of HLP response in emergencies. The toolkit is available in English and French, and it specifically aims to support country-level HLP coordination mechanisms.
The list of ‘Country HLP Documents’ and ‘HLP Essential Guidance’ offer a compilation of key references and resources on a broad range of HLP issues and different emergency contexts.
